How to prepare an avocado
- Cut the avocado in half lengthways down to the stone and all the way around
- Twist the two halves in opposite directions and pull apart
- Scoop the stone out with a tablespoon
- Score along the skin and peel off
Top tips:
If you are only preparing half an avocado, store the half with the stone in the fridge. The stone keeps the avocado fresher for longer
