Please ensure you provide your name in the way in which you would wish any winning prize cheque to be made payable to.

Each Monday for ten weeks, commencing 30th November 2009, there will be a prize draw to select a winning receipt from all applications received up to that date. The final draw will take place on Monday 1st February 2010.

Each winner will receive a cheque to the value of their submitted till receipt subject to a maximum of £150.

All entries must be received by 31st January 2010.

Full Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to GB (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over, other than employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agencies or any person connected with this competition.

2. Multiple entries are allowed but no third party or consumer group entries are allowed.

3. Entries are only valid if accompanied by an original till receipt that includes a purchase of Chilean Haas avocados and the label from the product packaging. Only original labels and receipts will be accepted. Damaged and defaced labels or receipts will not be accepted.

4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or damaged entries. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

5. The winner of each weekly prize will be drawn at random by an independent person from all valid applications received up to that date, irrespective of the week in which their entry was received.

6. The closing date for receipt of entries is 31/01/10. One Draw will take place on the Monday following each week of the promotion commencing 30/11/09. The winner will receive a cheque to the exact total value of their submitted till receipt subject to a maximum of £150. Each winner will be notified in writing and sent their cheque by 19/02/10. To obtain details of the winners (name and county) send a SAE to Chilean Avocado Win Your Shopping Winners, The Promotions Centre, PO Box 156, St. Ives, PE27 3BJ between 20/02/10 and 20/03/10.

7. There are ten prizes to be won for each participating retailer, i.e. if there are 3 participating retailers then a total of 30 prizes will be awarded. The prizes must be accepted as offered. Each entrant must hold a UK Current Account bank account to which a standard crossed account payee cheque can be paid into.

8. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions from a part.

9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.

11. Your personal details will be used only for the purposes of this promotion and destroyed thereafter. Your till receipt will also be destroyed and will not be returned to you.

12. Winners must agree to take part in advertising and any relevant public relations exercise (including photographs) undertaken by the promoter. Any photographs will become the commercial property of the Promoter.
